Praia Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Costa Mesa, California. Ramos Construction Group transformed a former Shoe City retail space into a modern, fully customized Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy, spanning approximately 5,000 square feet. This comprehensive tenant improvement included the construction of three new restrooms, two locker room showers, a dedicated laundry room, a full-size private office, storage areas, a free weight gym, and extensive underground trenching for new water supply and sanitary drain lines. In addition, our team completed numerous structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish improvements throughout the facility to meet the client’s vision and operational needs. From demolition through final completion, every aspect was carefully coordinated to convert a vacant retail shell into a high-performance training facility.
